Description
Our Electoral Conflict Resolution program provides an in-depth exploration of the unique challenges and dynamics surrounding electoral processes and the effective management of conflicts that may arise before, during, and after elections. Participants will examine the underlying causes of electoral disputes, including issues related to voter disenfranchisement, political polarization, and electoral fraud. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks, case studies, and practical exercises, this program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to mitigate tensions, foster dialogue, and promote peaceful electoral outcomes.
